Reference pages for calculus, also trig

The publisher seems to have improved our calculus book's website so that these can no longer be found: what a shame, for these reference pages are well laid out and concise. The first two pages are useful for trig or precalc as well as for calculus. In the column on the left, hit "Additional topics," then "Reference pages." Click here.
